Very slow app

Looks like this is not a native app. Not responsive. Takes too long for something to happen after button tap

Transaction failure

Hi I tried to purchase tickets for a movie using a MasterCard and for some annoying reason the app said transaction failure but I received a SMS that the money has been deducted. I demand this fixed. Furthermore the rotary thing to change the date and time for the shows is irritating and cumbersome. The advert placement is poor. The app lacks crucial "Back" buttons in places like the combo selection page. It keeps auto-logging-out from my GV members account. Please take this rating seriously... The previous app was more easy to use and less irritating

App is not usable

The app is broken and has obviously not been tested properly before release. The booking screen requiring users to enter phone number, email, etc doesnt allow to complete the bottom two fields, which are mandatory to proceed.

Poorly developed

Lots of problems. Not user friendly. And now always shows a message if network error and has become totally unusable! Have to go to website to book ticket every time.

Horrible app

Unstable, slow, and keeps asking me to re-login. Advertised passbook integration doesnt work as well.

Verify what??

I regularly go to GV and would love to have an app where I can see all my bookings with QR code but it keeps asking me to enter a verification code... No idea what code an there are I instructions where to get this code. App also keeps logging me out. Ok design but horrible code
