Transaction failure

Hi I tried to purchase tickets for a movie using a MasterCard and for some annoying reason the app said transaction failure but I received a SMS that the money has been deducted. I demand this fixed.

Furthermore the rotary thing to change the date and time for the shows is irritating and cumbersome.

The advert placement is poor.

The app lacks crucial "Back" buttons in places like the combo selection page.

It keeps auto-logging-out from my GV members account.

Please take this rating seriously... The previous app was more easy to use and less irritating
